The Wellness Ratio is a business-to-business service operated by The Wellness Ratio Group Ltd.
This policy explains our approach to payments, cancellations and refunds.
Recurring payments
Where you purchase The Wellness Ratio on a recurring subscription basis, the applicable fee and billing frequency will be clearly shown before payment is made.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the agreed subscription fee at the applicable billing interval until the service is cancelled in accordance with the terms of your agreement.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your service by contacting us at info@thewellnessratio.com.
Any notice period or minimum contractual term agreed as part of your individual service agreement will continue to apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period or in accordance with the cancellation terms contained in your service agreement.
Refunds
Payments already made are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has begun, except where:
- we have charged you incorrectly;
- a duplicate payment has been taken;
- we are unable to provide the service you have paid for; or
- we agree otherwise in writing.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Individual agreements
Some customers may have a separate Statement of Work, service agreement or other written agreement with The Wellness Ratio Group Ltd.
Where the payment, cancellation or refund terms contained in an individual written agreement differ from this policy, the terms of that agreement will take precedence.
