What is the Wellness Ratio?
It’s a health information service that emphasises prevention over treatment. You get your own website, with your own branding and corporate colour palette, that is packed with trustworthy information on healthier lifestyles, diet, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and longevity. We also prepare a weekly e-letter on the latest research that you can send out to your member base.
We already have an app. Why do I need this as well?
Many insurers, health clubs and spas, and large corporates have an app, but they are often a passive service. People forget they have the app and rarely visit. The Wellness Ratio is different: it’s an e-letter outreach program that lands in their email inbox every week.
How does the information differ from anything else out there?
The focus is on holistic and alternative health information: the best supplements, the best diet, herbs and vitamins that should be part of everyone’s daily health regimen. It also features scientifically-backed information about safe and effective alternatives to pharmaceuticals, that are also less expensive.
How much control do we have over the content?
You have complete control. Once we’ve given you your website, you control the content through a CMS, content management service, which will allow you to add or delete any articles. You will also have a password-protected site that only current members and clients can access.
Why do you call it the Wellness Ratio?
A ratio is the difference between two numbers, the difference in this case is the difference in profit and customer retention between using the service and not.
What is my investment?
Surprisingly little. It’s just $11,575 a year, a fraction of the cost to do all of this inhouse. This can be payable in one lump sum, which attracts a 5% discount of $578, and so you pay $10,997, or as monthly payments of $964.58
Can I cancel?
Yes, the contract is annual, and you can cancel at least a month before it is due to renew, otherwise it rolls on for another year.
Can’t they read this information somewhere else?
Of course, but the point is that they’re getting it from you, which increases brand loyalty and retention.
Why should we trust your information?
It’s based on the research from a website that has twice won ‘Health Website of the Year’ awards. The information comes from reputable sources, such as the New England Journal of Medicine, the BMJ, the Lancet and other leading medical journals, and it’s edited by a team of medically-trained researchers. It’s also checked by a panel of doctors and medical experts.
